I’m Kate Soliman, editor of the Escape Artist podcast.
I’m a technical product owner, which is the industry way of saying I translate business needs into technical requirements for a team of incredibly smart developers. Prior to this role, I was a content manager - cache and cookies have different meanings in IT versus communications!
Outside the corporate world, I listen to jazz, like to travel and eat way too much pasta. I’ll follow the advice of the attorney mentioned above and state that views expressed on this podcast are not associated with my corporate employer.

I am a freelance UI/UX/Graphic designer with a passion for finding engaging solutions to design problems. You can view some of my work here. When I’m not in front of the computer, I enjoy running and cooking.
I am great with sound, music and graphics but notoriously awful at writing bios.

In my corporate career I am working on the future of advertising enabled by augmented reality and love it. A German claiming to have a sense of humor, passionate storyteller, who lived in seven countries and now is based in San Francisco. I also like short bios.
